Since 2012, Canadian Meds (formerly Canadian Meds of Melbourne) has been dedicated to providing Americans across the continental United States and Puerto Rico with access to high-quality, lower-cost medications. We work with licensed Canadian pharmacists to eliminate unnecessary middlemen, significantly reducing drug prices and making essential healthcare more affordable.

Our Story: Driven by a Real Need
Canadian Meds wasn’t born from a boardroom strategy; it emerged from a raw, personal experience that exposed a critical flaw in the American healthcare system. Our executive director, a veteran, faced exorbitant medication costs after a hospital stay. In early 2012, a five-day hospital stay resulted in over $6,000 in medication costs.
This firsthand encounter highlighted the financial burden of essential medications for many Americans. We saw a clear need: to provide affordable healthcare solutions. This experience revealed the harsh reality faced by individuals with chronic conditions who struggle to afford life-sustaining treatments.
We decided to create a company that would prioritize the people who are being failed by the system. A company that would value a person’s health, both their physical, and also their financial health. Because we understand that if a person is financially unwell, their physical health will also suffer. We are attempting to create a more just system, where medicine is available to those who need it.
Our Mission: Health and Financial Well-Being
Our mission is to ensure both your physical and financial health. We help you access the same medications you’d find in the U.S., but at savings of 60% to 90% on average. We’re committed to finding affordable solutions, even if we don’t directly provide the medication you need.
Personalized Service from a Veteran-Owned Company
Many of our clients choose us for our competitive pricing, and others appreciate our commitment to personalized service. As an American, veteran-owned company, we prioritize building trust and providing accessible support.
